"Slow replies and not very helpful"
I ordered from racycles and had a simple shipping question, but it took a couple of days to hear back. Compared to other bike shops I’ve ordered from, the reply felt rushed and didn’t really answer what I was asking.
I ended up having to follow up again just to get a basic update. The product itself was fine, so I can’t complain there, but the customer service felt a bit lacking. Not the worst experience I’ve had, just not as smooth as I expected...

Used a promo code on racycles.com and it knocked a decent amount off my total, which was nice lol. Checkout was easy and the final price felt fair. Overall I’m happy with what I paid and would def use it again

"Bike was built well, but that scuff bugged me"
Got my bike from racycles.com the assembly was really solid. The brakes felt good, the gears were already shifting right, and I only had to do a quick once-over and straighten out the bars. The only thing was this little scuff on one of the spacers. Not a huge deal, but still, I noticed it right away, and I kept noticing it every time I looked at the front end. Like, the bike rides great, everything was set up well, but that small scuff was kind of annoying. Overall I’m happy with the bike, just wish it had shown up completely clean without that mark.

"Something felt off about the whole visit"
I went in planning to buy something, but I ended up waiting around forever while the staff acted like I was bothering them just by being there. the whole vibe felt a little off, like they didn’t really want to help or maybe were trying to avoid certain customers. I got tired of standing there and left without buying anything. Definitely not planning to go back

They do have some good brands, which is nice, but it’s kind of annoying when the ones you’re actually looking for aren’t there. Overall it’s decent, just not as reliable as I’d hoped

I didn’t end up buying here because I found the same kind of bikes cheaper elsewhere. Maybe it depends on the model or current deals, but for what I was looking for, the prices just didn’t feel very competitive...

The bike arrived in perfect shape, which I was really happy about. The box was clean, and I didn’t see any scratches, dents, or bent parts when I unpacked it. That said, I do wish the delivery updates had been a little clearer, because I wasn’t totally sure when it was going to show up. Overall though, the packaging did its job and the bike looked great right out of the box.

"Warranty support took longer than it should have"
I had to reach out about a warranty issue, and while they did eventually get back to me and help sort it out, the waiting was frustrating. I kept expecting an update sooner, but it dragged on longer than I hoped. It got resolved in the end, so I can’t say it was terrible, but the whole support process definitely could’ve been smoother.

"Great selection of bikes and gear"
I was surprised by how much racycles.com has, not just high-end bikes, but parts, wheels, helmets, shoes, basically a ton of cycling stuff all in one place. I even found a few items there that I couldn’t track down on other sites. The site was easy enough to browse, and comparing options didn’t feel like a hassle. Overall, really solid shop if you’re into cycling gear

The bike part showed up with a crack in it, which already had me wondering how it even got shipped out like that. I reached out to support and waited forever for a reply, only for them to basically tell me shipping was my problem. the whole thing felt off, like they were just trying to push the issue away instead of helping. Frustrating experience.

I had a bit of a hiccup with my order from racycles.com. The part showed up later than I thought it would, and the tracking was kinda all over the place, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on.
I reached out to support and it took a little back and forth before I got a straight answer, but once someone actually dug into it, they were helpful and kept me in the loop after that.
Wasn’t the smoothest order ever, but they did get it fixed, and the bike part arrived in good shape. So yeah, not perfect, but I’d probably order from them again

"Refund came through really quick"
Not gonna lie, I was a little worried when I had to cancel my order because you never know how long refunds are going to take. But R&A Cycles sorted it out way faster than I expected, and the money was back in my account in just a few days. No back-and-forth, no long emails, just a really smooth process. Happy with how it all turned out.

Checking out was quick and easy, which I really appreciated. The only thing I wish was different is that the shipping cost or details showed up a little earlier in the process. Still, it was a stress-free experience overall, and that left me feeling relieved...

"Really solid bike fit experience"
I went to racycles.com for a bike fitting and had a really good experience. They took their time, explained what they were changing, and adjusted a few things I never would’ve noticed on my own. My rides feel a lot more comfortable now, which has been a huge difference. Everyone was friendly too, and there was no pressure or awkward upsell. I’d definitely go back again if I need another fit or make any bigger changes to my bike.

I ordered a bike part because the site said it was in stock, but then I got an email afterward saying it actually wasn’t available. They refunded me quickly, so it wasn’t a huge hassle or anything... just a little frustrating. Would be nice if the inventory was more up to date

"Clear updates, just a Bit slow sometimes"
I ordered from racycles.com and overall the communication was Clear. I had a couple questions and they got back to me with normal, helpful answers, not some weird canned response.
They also gave me enough info about my order so I wasn’t just sitting there guessing what was going on. One reply did take Longer than I was hoping, but it wasn’t a huge deal.
I’d use them again for sure, I just wish the updates came a little quicker sometimes. Aside from that, it was a Smooth experience.

"Nice bikes, but the fitting advice missed the mark"
The bikes themselves are solid, and it’s clear they know their way around higher-end gear. But the sizing advice felt rushed, that’s not something you want to guess on with a bike. My cockpit setup ended up feeling off, and when I reached out for help, it took a few days to get a response. Common sense says if fit is that important, the support should be a little more dialed in.
